Procedure :

  1. Browse the folder that you downloaded firmware and put in desktop
  2. Install Spreadtrum driver.
  3. Open Research Download folder and run research download.exe.
  4. Browse the PAC file from the firmware folder in desktop
  5. Click the arrow button.
  6. Turn off your device or remove battery and insert the battery
  7. Plug your device into the computer,while holding either volume down or volume up
  8. Research Download Started Flashing. Release the buttons when the flashing process has started, When its Finished Press Stop button...
  9. Reinsert the battery again and try to power on...Done
